Our client: one of the market leaders within the Construction Merchanting market and due to expansion has a vacancy for a Deputy Branch Manager to be based in their successful near Linlithgow.
THE ROLE:
You will be involved in and oversee all aspects of running a branch. These include leading the branch team, internal sales team, staff training & performance, personnel issues, stock management and all other responsibilities you would expect whilst supporting the running a branch as a self contained business unit.

YOU:
As a forward thinking company, our client is keen to attract high calibre candidates capable of not only fulfilling this role but who show the potential to move forward with the organisation into more senior roles in future.

Ideally you will currently be an internal sales advisor or even an assistant manager in a Builders merchant or within the wider construction trade either way we'd like to hear from you. In any case, you must be able to demonstrate a solid track record in sales within the general merchanting trade.
