Title: Branch Manager
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland
CLIENT: is a successful market leader within the distribution side of the Construction Industry and due to expansion, has a vacancy for a Branch Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and the management of their new branch due to open in Aberdeen.
THE ROLE:
You will be involved in and oversee all aspects of running the area and ensuring it’s success. These include P&L responsibility, leading the internal staff and sales team, staff training & performance, personnel issues, stock management and all other responsibilities you would expect with running a large branch operation. A proportion of your time will be spent dealing with existing clients.

As a forward thinking company, our client is keen to attract high calibre candidates capable of not only fulfilling this role but who show the potential to move forward with the organisation into more senior management roles in future.
You may be a branch manager in the merchanting trade or within the wider construction trade either way we'd like to hear from you. Ideally you will have experience within the Utility Market place, you must be able to demonstrate a solid track record in managing a cost centre with all of the day-to-day responsibilities listed above.
